This Registry only lists Appraisal Institute Designated or Associate Members who have successfully passed the Valuation of Conservation Easements Professional Development Program (formerly called Valuation of Conservation Easements Certificate Program of Completion) examination.
There may be other qualified Appraisal Institute members who may appraise conservation easement assignments but have not taken the Valuation of Conservation Easements Professional Development Program. Visit the Find an Appraiser directory to find members who have identified conservation easements as a specialty.

Participants who complete courses in a Professional Development Program may represent that they have completed the program’s curriculum and passed the examinations. Participants may not represent themselves as having a specialization, certification, competency, or expertise based solely on the successful completion of the program. The program provider does not assume any duty to the public for the services provided by program participants, or any other person or entity.
On December 13, 2010, the name Certificates of Completion changed to Professional Development Program.
